Ellis and delightfully illustrated by James Simpkins was first published in by the Canadian Federal Governments Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development.
It was reprinted several times (my copy is from ) but is now, according to Information Canada, out of print. The revewiers are correct: this is an exceptional cookbook, with great photography and superb recipes that are, for the most part, easy to make.
However, this cookbook can be found at Nordstorm in store Bistro restaurants brand new for ! Check there. I don't have a clue why anyone would want to charge for this book.5/5(4).
